Smoking:Octavia House is a no smoking premises and staff and visitors should note that no smoking will be permitted within the building or on the Interchange Business Park.
Parking: Octavia House has limited car parking. When the car park is full, we recommend that staff and visitors use the overflow car park leased by the SHA at the Holiday Inn. To find it, turn right out of the business park, the Holiday Inn is a short distance up Bostock’s Lane on the right. You will find limited parking at the front of the hotel and a large car park to the rear. Ask reception staff at Octavia House for the day’s exit code for free access.
Directions
By car: If approaching from the North or South, take the M1 and leave at Junction 25. If approaching from East or West, take the A52, and follow signs to the M1 junction (25). At this roundabout follow the signs for Sandiacre. Once you have left the roundabout take the first right which will bring you into the Interchange Business Park. Octavia House is situated at the end of this road.
By train: The nearest train station is Long Eaton (approx 2.3 miles from Octavia House). This station can be reached directly on some routes or easily via Derby or Nottingham train stations. There are no direct buses from Long Eaton to Octavia House, but Octavia House is just a short taxi ride from the train station.
By bus: From the Nottingham Broadmarsh bus station take the Rainbow 4 to Derby. From Derby bus station take the Rainbow 4 towards Nottingham Broadmarsh. These buses run every 20 minutes.
The bus stop where you need to alight is Rushy Lane, at the top of Bostock's Lane. If you are coming from Nottingham Broadmarsh the bus stop is just after Bostock’s Lane on your left.
If you are coming from Derby bus station the bus stop is just before Bostock’s Lane on your right.
The stop is just a 5 minute walk from Octavia House.
