NHS East Midlands are undertaking a review of the Learning Beyond Registration process and searchable options within the LBR database.
The portfolio of modules is accessible through the search function and over the next few months, new features will be added to provide further information and aid identification of those modules most suitable to service need.

In order to sustain continued professional development of the workforce NHS East Midlands are working with local health community leads to develop a protocol with conditions relating to priority staff groups and to priority service need. This will change current access arrangements of “first come, first served” to ensure the right people get the right training at the right time. While there may be constraints associated with education and training provision we endeavour to maintain high quality standards and fair access across all groups of staff subject to conditions.
