I would like to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 on the clinical commissioning group (CCG) risk assessment process outlined in the government documents "Developing clinical commissioning groups: Towards authorisation."
The main document states that CCGs have taken part in an SHA led risk assessment of their configuration between Ocober and December 2011. The details of the risk assessment are in technical appendix 2 - emerging CCGs are risk rated as red, amber or green on four areas relating to their configuration .
Could you please provide full details of the outcome of the CCG risk rating process undertaken by your SHA, in particular the overall risk rating assigned to each CCG in the region.
