I am currently searching for UK hospital statistics. I have looked on the Department of Health and NHS estates and facilities websites. I am specifically looking for the total number of hospitals, total number of beds and information on the number of specific departments and beds in those departments. Departments I am interested in include; radiology, cardiology, intensive care and paediatrics.
The Department of Health and NHS website do have some information but it is very limited. I am enquiring as to whether or not you collect any of those statistics for the East Midlands region; and if they are available?

I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested.
However, local NHS organisations should be able to furnish you with the information you are trying to obtain. I have therefore attached a link to our website that will enable you to contact our constituent organisations directly for this information.
