Good afternoon
I am writing on behalf of the NHS Benchmarking Network who are in the process of developing a national benchmarking project based on the Health Outcomes Framework, currently we benchmark at PCT level but with GP pathfinder groups developing we would like to start benchmarking at consortium level.
Would you be able to provide me with a list of GP pathfinder groups within your region, along with a list of practices within each of those pathfinder groups.
