Freedom of Information request.
I attach a spreadsheet for your completion Journal of Hospital Infection C.diff (1).
The spreadsheet has been developed from an article, which I have also attached JHIs, and published in the Journal of Hospital Infection and available on line from the 28th July 2011.
I should be grateful if you can provide under a Freedom of Information request the name or names of the hospitals (column 4) in your region who have used any of the 32 product descriptions listed (described in columns 1, 2 and 3) together with the quantities used or purchased in the 12 months 01/04/10 to 31/03/11. Please feel free to expand the spreadsheet to allow for ease of completion with e.g a number of hospitals using product 1. Only columns 4 and 5 require completion.
Notification of your expected timescale for completion would be much appreciated.

I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested.
