Freedom of Information request.
I attach a spreadsheet for your completion Journal of Hospital Infection C.diff (1).
The spreadsheet has been developed from an article, which I have also attached JHIs, and published in the Journal of Hospital Infection and available on line from the 28th July 2011.
I should be grateful if you can provide under a Freedom of Information request the name or names of the hospitals (column 4) in your region who have used any of the 32 product descriptions listed (described in columns 1, 2 and 3) together with the quantities used or purchased in the 12 months 01/04/10 to 31/03/11. Please feel free to expand the spreadsheet to allow for ease of completion with e.g a number of hospitals using product 1. Only columns 4 and 5 require completion.
Notification of your expected timescale for completion would be much appreciated.

I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested. However, you might be able to obtain this information direct from individual NHS Trusts.
