Hello,
I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act please.
I would like to see copies of the monthly Cost Improvement Programme and QIPP savings totals by cluster since the beginning of the financial year please.
NHS Midlands and East will have taken these over from the WM, EM and EoE SHAs at the start of October.
Each SHA will had/has a central collection team for the clusters in its region.

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of cost improvement and QIPP savings by cluster.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do hold the information that you have requested.
However, we are of the opinion that Section 21 of the FOIA is engaged in this instance. Section 21 refers to information that is already reasonably accessible to the applicant. The information that you have requested can be found at Agenda item 8 (the integrated performance report) of the Finance Report within our cluster board minutes .
