Please can you email me a copy of the St Oswolds Community Hospital (Ashbourne) stage two business case. I believe it would have formed part of the SHA papers in 2008.

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of the St Oswolds Community Hospital stage two business case.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do hold the information that you have requested.
However, we are of the opinion that this information is exempt from provision by reason of Section 21 of the FOIA which relates to information that is already reasonably accessible to the applicant. I understand that you are already in receipt of the stage two business case as this has already been provided by NHS Derbyshire County and is therefore already in the public domain.
