I would be most grateful if you could provide the following information as a matter of urgency to help my organisation bench mark service provision for young people and adults with special needs. We require data regarding the assessment bands/criteria and financial information rates payable for local and external provision.
Information for: Young people with special needs aged 16-18
1. Respite for young people 16 -18 (including assessment banding and financial data)
2. Day care for young people with special needs aged 16 -18 (including assessment banding and financial data)
3. Residential costings for young people with special needs 16 -18 for academic year 34-38 weeks (including assessment banding and financial data )
4. Respite care for young people with special needs aged 16 - 18 (including assessment banding with financial data)
5. Hourly costs for young persons aged 16 - 18 with special needs in a day care setting (including assessment banding and financial data)
6. Emergency residential care provision for young people with special needs aged 14 - 18
Information for: Young people with special needs aged 18-24
1. Emergency respite for young people 18 - 24 (including assessment banding and financial data)
2. Day care for young people with special needs aged 18 - 24 (including assessment banding and financial data)
3. Residential costings for young people with special needs 18 - 24 for academic year 34-38 weeks (including assessment banding and financial data )
4. Respite care for young people with special needs 18 - 24 (including assessment banding with financial data)

4. Day care support for elderly with special needs/health issues (including assessment banding and financial data)
5. Emergency residential care provision for people with special need
