Dear Strategic Health Authority,
Under the freedom of information Act I am writing to request details of the GP Commissioning groups operating in your strategic health authority region.
I would like the following information:
a) The name of each GP Consortium operating in your area (including name, address, email and telephone number)
b) What practices are aligned to each consortia, including the lead GP and contact details.
c) Correspondence details, information of and lead contacts for the Consortia themselves.

Our Response
I refer to your email requesting information in respect of GP Commissioning Groups.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold all of the information that you have requested. However, I will address each of your queries in turn:
