I would like the details of the QIPP medicines management lead for the East Midlands. If you could provide the name of the person responsible and the process of contacting them please. I would also like to have the names of those people who currently sit on the East Midlands Specialist Prescribing Advisory Team.

I refer to your email requesting information concerning our QIPP Medicines Management Lead.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold all of the information that you have requested.
However, I am able to confirm that our medicines management lead is Tom Gray. He can be contacted on Tom.Gray@nhs.net
We do not have a regional specialist prescribing advisory team as such, rather a network of County pharmacy prescribing leads. Tom Gray will be happy to discuss this further with you once you have made contact.
