I refer to your letter of 12 April 2011 to Kevin Orford (Chief Executive, NHS East Midlands) concerning Obstructive Sleep Apnoea Syndrome (OSAS). Your letter has been passed to me and I have been asked to provide a response.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that NHS East Midlands does not hold the information that you have requested.
