Request
I am writing to find out details of tattoos removed from patients over the last five years in your area.
Specifically I would like to know:
1) How many patients have had tattoos removed on the NHS?
2) What has been the total cost of these operations?
3) What has been the cost of buying the specialist equipment needed to perform such operations?
4) What is your policy on tattoo removal? If you authorize it then what process do patients have to go through to be eligible?
I would like this information (Q1-3) broken down for each of the last five years (this would be financial years).
