I am emailing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would be grateful if you could provide me with full copies of all correspondence to and from your organisation and
1.1: The Conservative Party and related agencies/brokers
1.2: The Liberal Democrats and related agencies/brokers
regarding advertising, branding, accommodation, catering (including dinners), hospitality, sponsorship, exhibition space, room hire and all other related services for their respective autumn party conferences, namely:
2.1: the Conservative Party Conference, 3 - 6 October 2010 in Birmingham
2.2: the Liberal Democrat Party Conference, 18-22 September 2010 in Liverpool
Irrespective of whether your organisation plans to utilise such services, this correspondence should include, but not necessarily be limited to, copies of all emails, letters, faxes, memos, promotional materials (such as brochures), booking forms and invoices.
Your response should indicate clearly whether your organisation is planning to utilise any of the services detailed above at either conference. Where this is the case, the correspondence should indicate clearly:
3.1 Full details of the services to be provided
3.2 The costing breakdown, as provided by the party or related agents/brokers

I refer to your email requesting copies of correspondence between NHS East Midlands and the Conservative and Liberal Democrat Parties and related agencies/brokers.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested.
I would also confirm that NHS East Midlands has no plans to utilise any of the services detailed in your correspondence at any forthcoming party conferences.
