I refer to your email requesting a copy of NHS East Midlands’ Hepatitis C Action Plan.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested.
However, whilst there is no Strategic Health Authority Hepatitis C action plan, PCTs have come together, under the chairmanship of Dr David Black (Director of Public Health at NHS Derbyshire County), to develop an action plan. Dr Black, on behalf of all the Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) in the East Midlands, led the group that has worked up a Strategy/action plan.
