I refer to your email requesting information in respect of NHS East Midlands IM&T structure.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do hold most of the information that you have requested.
I will address each of your queries in turn:-
1. Corporate Management Structure - structure of the Trust headed by the Chief Executive.
NHS East Midlands is not a trust – we are a Strategic Health Authority. However, our structure is available via our website. Please check this on a regular basis as the structure charts are in the process of being updated.

NHS East Midlands’ IT Manager holds our HQ IT Strategy (Simon Frampton, simonframpton@nhs.net Tel: 0115 968 4490).
