Could you email me the organisational charts for East Midlands Strategic Health Authority detailing Managers names and job titles including ICT, HR and Finance.

I refer to your email of 5 March requesting NHS East Midlands organisational charts.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do hold the information that you have requested.
We are of the opinion though, that Section 21 (1) of the FOIA, which relates to information that is already reasonably accessible to the applicant, is engaged in this instance as our organisation charts are available on our website.
However, Section 16 of the Act places a duty on us to provide help and assistance where necessary and I have therefore attached the relevant link to our website for your information.
