I would like to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act. Please can you send me the following information in regards to the organisation’s key contacts:-

In regards to my request, with the ICT contacts please do not just send me the ICT director’s contacts details, please look through the organisations ICT structure to see which contact is relevant to the job titles I have requested. Some of the contacts I have requested may not relate exactly to the organisation but please send me the closest match. Also PLEASE DO NOT REPEAT CONTACTS
For each contact could you please send me their FULL NAME, ACTUAL JOB TITLE, DIRECT CONTACT NUMBER and their DIRECT EMAIL ADDRESS? Please see the attached spreadsheet and input the data within the spreadsheet.
PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE MY REQUEST STRAIGHT AWAY, SO THAT I KNOW MY REQUEST IS BEING DEALT WITH!

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of NHS East Midlands key contacts.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that we do hold some of the information that you have requested.
However, we are of the opinion that this information is already reasonably available to you meaning that the exemption offered under Section 21 of the FOIA is engaged:-
‘Section 21. – (1) Information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant otherwise than under section 1 is exempt information’
I note that this request is the same as the one that you submitted on 12 October 2009 and I can confirm that none of these details have subsequently changed:-
