what is happening in regard your report of the events of 30 january 2007.Also can you send me a copy of the report done by the leicester royal infirmary in 2007 as every link you have request i use i cannot open.

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of the report into the events of 30 January 2007.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested.
However, Section 16 of FOIA places a duty on us to provide advice and assistance where possible. I am able to advise you that the investigation that you are concerned about remains ongoing and is on time. We have logged your details as an interested party and we will keep you advised and informed as and when we have any additional information.
