I am writing from a business called Macildowie. We are a specialist HR and Finance recruitment business, and have recently been admitted on to the Buying Solutions Framework to provide staff to the NHS.
Was wondering if you could send across organization charts for the Finance and HR teams within the EM Strategic Health Authority, as this really helps us understand the organization?

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of NHS East Midlands Finance and HR organisation structures.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do hold the information that you have requested.
However, as this information is already in the public domain we are of the opinion that it is exempt from provision under the ‘absolute’ exemption available to us under Section 21 of FOIA - information that is reasonably accessible to the applicant already.
