Now that the 31 March deadline for declaring compliance with the DoH programme to deliver same sex accommodation (DSSA) has passed;
How many trusts in your region are eligible to comply with the DoH programme to deliver same sex accommodation (DSSA) Please respond with a number?
Of those trusts, how many have publicly declared they comply with the DoH programme to deliver mixed sex accommodation (DSSA)?
Name them?
If those trusts, how many have publicly declared they do not comply with the DoH programme to deliver mixed sex accommodation (DSSA)?
Name them?
Of those trusts how many have failed to publish any kind of declaration at the time of responding?
Name them?
How many trusts will you be witholding money from as a consequence of this?
Name them?
If yes, how much money will you be witholding from each Trust (please be specific in stating the amount to be witheld from each individual Trust)?

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of NHS East Midlands compliance with the DH programme to deliver same sex accommodation.
