1. During tax year 2009 - 2010 how many times has your organisation used private recruitment agencies to advertise for or recruit temporary or permanent staff.
Could this information be broken down by type of job/position, permanent or temporary.
2. Could you supply the recruitment policy document detailing the decisions to be made when a private recruitment agency is to be used to recruit staff as opposed to other methods of advertising &recruitment.
3. Could you please supply details of the fees paid to private recruitment agencies during the tax year 2009-2010 broken down by job & name of agency.

NHS East Midlands has used a private recruitment agency to recruit for permanent staff on two occasions during the period 2009-10 as follows:-
