East Midlands Population Figures

Request

We are currently looking into mortality and morbidity rates in England in patients having undergone lower limb amputation between 2003 and 2008.

I have been able to obtain the population numbers for the 10 English SHA’s in 2008 but no accurate year on year figures for 2003-2008.

Would you be able to provide me with the population figures for the East Midlands SHA during this period?  If not could you point me in the direction of someone who could?
