Our Response
I refer to your email requesting information in respect of the publication of NHS East Midlands' report into the care of GM.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that we do not hold the information requested.
As yet there is no date for the completion of the report as the investigator is currently interviewing individuals to assist in the review. Once the final report has been completed it will be presented at our Board prior to final publication. It is envisaged that this will be sometime in the new year.
I understand that a copy of the Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust’s internal report has already been published on the trust website and we have previously provided you a link that document.

However, the report may now have been removed meaning that you will need to contact the Trust again if you require further sight of it. NHS East Midlands does not hold a copy of the report that was published.
