request information on the contracts that you hold with Quality
Health Ltd, under the Freedom of Information
Act. Please could you let
me know:
What the total
cost of the East Midlands Strategic Health Authority's contracts
with Quality Health Ltd has been in each of the last five
years?

Our response
I refer to your
email of 5 March requesting information in respect of NHS East
Midlands contracts with Quality Health Ltd.
I can confirm in
accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that
we do hold the information that you have requested.
I should point
out that NHS East Midlands was formally established on 1 July 2006
and that our records do not go back further than that
date. However, available records state that our only
spend with Quality Health Ltd, since July 2006, was £1,800 during
the 2008/09 financial year. This was in connection with the
2008 National Staff Survey.
I do hope that
