aren’t included in the pay the staff member receives but which are

Our Response
I refer to your
email requesting information regarding NHS East Midlands spend off
certain staff designations.
I can confirm in
accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that
we do hold the information that you have requested which I have
included in the attached pdf document.
Please note that the information that we have
provided is inclusive of staff based at NHS East Midlands, East
Midlands Healthcare Workforce Deanery and teams hosted by NHS East
Midlands on behalf of the Department of Health which
are:-
- NHS Improvement; and
- Children and Adult Mental Health
Services
The terms Manager and Senior Manager are based on
the definitions set out in the Agenda for Change
framework.
You will also
note that we have disguised the numbers of staff whose basic pay is
more than £100k under Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act
2000. This is an absolute exemption relating to Personal
Information as these numbers relate to less than 5 members of staff
in line with the current guidance available to us on the use of
small number data. The purpose of section 40 of the Act is to
protect personally identifiable information and the privacy of
living persons.
