Understanding the
KSF is crucial to all staff in the NHS and NHS East Midlands has
put together a comprehensive programme of training events to enable
its staff to get to grips with this tool.
Please note that
the above figures have been worked out on a baseline of some 308
members of staff. The figures do not include NHS East
Midlands staff currently seconded out of the organisation or on
long-term leave, or those who are on training scheme placements in
other trusts.
For dates, we
have taken the twelve months to be from 1st July 2008 to 30th June
2009.
