I understand from the Department of Health that
drinking water in your Strategic Health Authority area is being
artificially fluoridated and I am writing to request information
about which chemicals are being used by your water undertakers and
which companies are supplying those chemicals.

Our Response
Thank you for
your letter of 1 June concerning fluoridation of drinking water
which was received in this office on 15 June.
After considering
the substance of your request it has been assessed as falling
within the ambit of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004
(the ‘Regulations’). I can confirm that NHS East Midlands
