Are any mental
health services in the East Midlands region able to offer
counselling or psychotherapy or psychological interventions to deaf
people in British sign language (not using a sign language
interpreter as this will affect
confidentiality)?

I can confirm in
accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that
we do not hold the information that you have requested.
However, local Primary Care trusts should be able to provide you
with the information that you require.
