I refer to your letter requesting information regarding the number of Registered Nurses dismissed following a first serious drug error within our organisation.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that we do not hold the information that you have requested. As a Strategic Health Authority we do not employ any front line medical staff.
