Project Manager - Top Leaders (Band 7)
I am writing to request a copy of the job evaluation for the above post which was advertised on the NHS Jobs website.
In particular, I am seeking a copy of the factor report which outlines the individual levels achieved for each of the 16 Agenda for Change Factors, with (if relevant) details of the national profile that this post was matched to prior to advertising. In the case that this post was desk-top evaluated or had a JAQ carried out I would like copies of this instead.
I would like to know how this post achieved Band 7 under Agenda for Change Job Evaluation.
