notes of telephone conversations with regard to the change of
posts of xxxxxx and xxxxxx.

Our Response
Thank you for
your email requesting information regarding the employment of
NHS East Midlands employees.
Having considered
your request, we are of the opinion that the information that you
are asking for is exempt from disclosure under
section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000. This is an absolute exemption which the public
interest test does not apply to.
Disclosure of
these details would lead to a breach of the data protection
principles contained in the Data Protection Act 1988 and would be
unfair to the employees concerned and any other third parties
involved. This exemption is intended to ensure that greater
public openness does not compromise personal privacy.
