kindly send me the 2009/10 IM&T Plans (which may also be known
as the Informatics Plan), as submitted within their
Operating Plans, for each of the (9) PCTs within your
SHA.

Our Response
I refer to your
email requesting the 2009/10 IM&T Plans for the Primary Care
Trusts within the East Midlands. I can confirm in accordance
with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that we do hold
the information that you have requested, although this is not in
the format that you have required.
The IM&T
element of the Local Operating Plans submitted by PCTs that you
have requested are interwoven throughout the overall operating
plans and therefore not easily extracted. However we do have
Strategic IM&T plans produced by the Local Health Communities
which include the PCT element you have asked for and we are happy
to provide you with these. Please see the attached pdf
documents.
You should note
however, that the Northamptonshire plan is submitted as it
currently stands which is in draft format.
I have redacted
the names of some of the staff members below Chief
Executive/Director level under section 40 of the Freedom of
Information Act. This is an absolute exemption relating to
Personal Information. I would point out that the redaction of
these names does not have any bearing on the information contained
within the documents. The purpose of section 40 of the
Act is to protect personally identifiable information and the
privacy of living persons.
